- Ministry of Public Health and Populations signed a Cooperative Agreement with FHADIMAC on April 9, 2010 to:
- establish a national plan for the control of diabetes and cardiovascular disease with the Ministry of Health and other national and international partners
- train health-care professionals on diabetes and cardiovascular diseases
- implement and manage projects for the management of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases

AmeriCares (October 2014 – September 2016)
AmeriCares and FHADIMAC began their partnership in 2010, shortly after the devastating earthquake in Haiti. Since then their collaboration has impacted thousands of people suffering from diabetes and cardiovascular diseases
AmeriCares partnered with and assisted FHADIMAC in the creation of a foot clinic for diabetic patients. This clinic, based at FHADIMAC headquarters, provides specialized care and management of foot complications due to diabetes.
AmeriCares also provided initial assistance for the future construction of the Referral Center for Diabetes & Cardiovascular Disease.
