FHADIMAC is a privately owned Haitian foundation. It is principally financed through member contributions.
Membership Categories
A. Honorary members: The distinction of FHADIMAC honorary member is awarded by the Board of Directors, upon approval by the General Assembly, to any natural or legal person, national or foreign, recognized for his/her intrinsic value, high philanthropic qualities and whose support of FHADIMAC would contribute to the organization’s influence.
B. Active Members : Active membership is granted to any person who benefits from the membership advantages granted by FHADIMAC and who has the right to vote.
C. Participating members: Participating membership is granted to any person who benefits from the advantages granted by the Foundation but who does not have the right to vote. Most of these members are patients who contribute an 1,500 HTG annual membership fee.
D. Affiliate members: Affiliate membership is granted by the Board of Directors to interested individuals from the medical community, service associations, socio-professional associations, private aid institutions, donors, and national or foreign non-governmental organizations whose missions are consistent with FHADIMAC’s objectives.
